A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their growing team.
The established and highly rated planning team comes highly recommended for their planning offerings and due to expansion, they are keen to appoint a Planning Lawyer into their team to deal with a varied caseload of planning related matters including advising clients within the private and public sectors. You can expect to cover the full range of planning work including strategic planning advice, planning applications / agreements and obligations, appeals/inquiries and enforcement.
The successful Planning Solicitor will have up to 6 years’ PQE in planning law gained within a reputable practice renowned for their planning offerings. You will be a confident and detail focused planning lawyer with excellent commercial acumen and good communication skills, including drafting ability. Suitable Planning Solicitors will relish the opportunity to further develop their career within this area of law, working on behalf of an impressive client list and handling high quality work.
