Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with practising rights? We are looking for a motivated professional to join a dynamic Employment team, managing a varied caseload and providing expert advice and representation to clients.
Location: Pontypool – hybrid and flexible working options available.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including:
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
- Discrimination and Equality Act issues
- Redundancy, restructuring, and TUPE transfers
- Employment Tribunal proceedings
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with practising rights (2+ years PQE)
- Proven experience in employment litigation and advisory work
- Excellent client care, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Desirable:
- Experience working with trade unions
- Membership of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA)
