Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a fast-paced Front Door Team based in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner who can work effectively under pressure and manage high-volume, complex referrals.
Key Details:
- Location: North London
- Rate: £38–£40 per hour
- Contract: 3 months (with potential extension)
- Start: Immediate
- Working pattern: Onsite 3 days per week (hybrid working)
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing front-door referrals and triaging cases efficiently
- Completing timely assessments to support safe discharge and prevent hospital admission
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies
- Providing professional guidance and supporting less experienced staff where required
Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
- Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally at senior level
- Experience working in a fast-paced front door or urgent response setting
- Car driver essential
- Mosaic experience highly desirable
- Strong communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
