We currently have an exciting opportunity for a career-minded individual to join our team as a Performance Manager for the Beckton sludge stream, which includes the sludge power generator and thermal hydrolysis process. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of skilled Mechanical, Electrical, and ICA technicians to safely achieve specific operational outputs to the required standards, within budget and deadlines.
What you’ll be doing as a Performance Manager:
- Control and audit site activity, ensuring the safety of the team, contractors and other third parties through the consistent application of company Health & Safety.
- Manage an operational team to perform effectively against internal and external standards.
- Optimise service delivery and champion a customer focus.
- Lead and develop team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders as required.
Base location: Beckton - IG11 0AD
Working pattern or hours: 36 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)

- Significant relevant industry experience, ideally within a similar role.
- Ability to lead and develop people within a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
- Full UK Driving License.
