This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of advisory and transactional pensions matters alongside a highly regarded specialist team.
THE ROLE
You will advise across a wide spectrum of pensions work, supporting both trustee and employer clients as well as public sector bodies. You will be responsible for a varied pensions caseload to include advising on day‑to‑day issues affecting ongoing pension schemes, supporting bulk annuity and de‑risking transactions, advising on public sector pensions matters and providing pensions input on corporate transactions. You will be confident and capable of supervising more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Applications are sought from Pensions Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE. You will have strong technical competence and up‑to‑date legal knowledge in pensions law. You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment. Have the ability to supervise and support junior lawyers. Confidence delivering client training and presentations.
