Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to take on a mobile role covering a well-organised London patch. You’ll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and minor installations on a range of air conditioning and ventilation systems across commercial office space, retail, hospitality, and light commercial environments.
Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain a variety of air conditioning systems (split systems, VRV/VRF, multi-split, AHUs, FCUs, etc.)
- Fault-finding and diagnostics
- Occasional minor installation works
- Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant health & safety and compliance standards
- Keep accurate records using PDA and company systems
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally on-site
- Participate in the 1-in-4 call-out rota
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial air conditioning maintenance and repair
- Valid F-Gas qualification – essential
- Relevant AC qualifications and manufacturer training – advantageous
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently
- Full UK Driving Licence
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 – £50,000 basic (depending on experience and skill level)
- Your total weekly hours are calculated on a door-to-door basis minus one hour each day for travel.
- Should your weekly hours exceed 50 hours (door-to-door) any additional hours worked will be paid at 1.5 of your normal hourly rate
- Paid travel beyond 1 hour at 1.5x rate
- Flexible early finish – paid full day if the job is done early and cleared with the office
- Regular overtime opportunities paid at enhanced rates
