We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Welder / Fabricator with the potential to step into a Cover Supervisor role (initially covering holidays), to support our growing workload throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong fabrication background and previous leadership or supervisory experience who is looking to progress.
The Role
- MIG and TIG welding on high-quality work
- Fabrication to a high standard
- Supporting the team across different areas when required
- Covering supervisor duties during holidays and absences
- Working as part of a skilled, professional team
Requirements
- Strong background in MIG & TIG welding (essential)
- Aluminium welding experience is a major advantage and will attract a higher rate
- Proven fabrication experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a workshop or industrial environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-focused with a flexible approach
Pay
Β£16.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience. Aluminium welding experience will command a higher rate.
Shift
PM Shift: Monday to Wednesday, 2:00pm β 12:00 midnight; Thursday, 2:00pm β 11:30pm; Fridays off.
Overtime
Fridays available at time and a half.
