Junior Project Manager– Special Events Company (Pershore)

Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about turning exciting events into seamless experiences? We’re a vibrant special events company based in Pershore, and we’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our lively team and play a key role in the smooth running of our operations.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Task Tracking

  • Maintain and regularly update project plans, action logs, schedules, and documentation
  • Ensure tasks are captured accurately and tracked against assigned deadlines.

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and organise
  • e project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Take detailed minutes and follow up on assigned actions.

Tool & Requirements Support

  • Assist in gathering and documenting project requirements.
  • Input and maintain data in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Team Support & Coordination

  • Help coordinate internal resources and ensure they have clarity on deliverables.
  • Provide hands-on support to team members to remove blockers and improve workflow.

Issue Escalation & Reporting

  • Proactively flag delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Contribute to status reporting and keep records of progress updates.
