I’m working with a fantastic client in Northampton who’s looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career who’s eager to gain hands-on experience across digital campaigns, content creation, and brand development, all while being supported by an experienced and friendly marketing team.
The Role:
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
- Assist with website updates, blogs, and newsletters
- Help organise events, promotions, and other marketing activities
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers
The Ideal Candidate:
- A proactive, creative individual with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using social media for business
- Some prior marketing experience (internship, placement, or entry-level role)
- Bonus points if you’ve used Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Google Analytics
