I’m hiring for my client: Junior Marketing Assistant – Northampton (£25,000+ Plus Annual performance-related bonus)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

I’m working with a fantastic client in Northampton who’s looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career who’s eager to gain hands-on experience across digital campaigns, content creation, and brand development, all while being supported by an experienced and friendly marketing team.

The Role:

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
  • Assist with website updates, blogs, and newsletters
  • Help organise events, promotions, and other marketing activities
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A proactive, creative individual with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using social media for business
  • Some prior marketing experience (internship, placement, or entry-level role)
  • Bonus points if you’ve used Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Google Analytics
