Fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven Sales Order Processor to join an expanding business, based at their Gatwick offices. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth running of customer accounts.
What’s on offer:
- £27,000 – £29,000 per annum (DOE)
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Key Duties:
- Processing customer orders via phone and email
- Promoting additional products and services to maximise customer spend
- Quoting new customer enquiries and following up to convert them into orders
- Handling and escalating customer queries where required

- Previous order processing experience, ideally working with product codes
- Strong customer service skills within a B2B environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills
