Join a leading provider of temporary roadway solutions and take your driving career to the next level! We are looking for a skilled and motivated HGV Class 1 Driver to deliver Durabase mats to sites across the UK. This is a full-time, permanent tramping role with excellent pay, fair hours, and weekly home time.

The Role:

  • Monday to Thursday tramping, back every Friday
  • UK-wide delivery of Durabase mats to site locations
  • 45-hour week (anything over paid at time and a half)
  • £30 per night allowance for overnight expenses
  • Minimal manual handling – equipment and loading support provided
  • Modern, well-maintained trucks

Salary & Benefits:

  • £40,000 – £65,000/year, depending on experience, routes & overtime
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate for hours beyond 45/week
  • £30/night tramping allowance
  • Full-time, permanent contract with immediate start available

You’ll Need:

  • A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Up-to-date CPC and Tacho card
  • Experience in tramping preferred
  • Good communication and reliability
  • Willingness to stay out Monday–Thursday
  • Strong work ethic and safety-first attitude
