A leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality medical devices and equipment is currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join their team as Production/Factory Operators. Our client is based in an immaculate new facility, with modern technological appliances, so candidates must be proficient in assembling intricate parts. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and are passionate about contributing to the healthcare industry, we invite you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Pick parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials, then assemble.
- Assemble devices by examining connections for correct fit.
- Verify specifications by testing manufactured products and produce Test Certificate.
- Print labels with batch information and affix to products.
- Prepare packaging ready for dispatch.
- Work in small teams to ensure the work is being completed promptly and to the best of your ability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production/factory environment is preferred but not essential.
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components with precision.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be able to commute to Hertford.
