Key Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (unqualified teachers with strong AP experience may be considered)
  • Experience working within Alternative Provision, PRU, or SEMH settings
  • Strong behaviour management with a calm, consistent approach
  • Ability to build positive relationships with challenging and vulnerable learners
  • Sound understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment in practical lessons
  • Flexible, patient, and solution‑focused mindset
