Responsibilities
- As a senior leader, you’ll combine legal expertise with business acumen.
- You will play a key role in client delivery, mentoring, and business development, while helping shape the department’s ongoing growth and strategic direction.
- Advise individuals and business clients on a full range of commercial agreements, including: terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service contracts and franchise agreements, and shareholder, LLP, and partnership agreements.
- Handle a varied caseload involving sales, mergers, acquisitions, company restructures, and corporate reconstructions.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Play an active role in business development, networking, and local professional engagement.
Skills / Qualifications
- Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 7 years PQE with proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Strong ability to manage a busy caseload across diverse business matters.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
