We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Receptionist to join our clients team at Wedderburn House. This is a fully office-based role and will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting patients, visitors, and staff entering the building
- Answering telephone calls, which may occasionally be distressing in nature
- Using an electronic room booking system
- Using an electronic appointment booking system
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of reception services
- Professional, calm, and approachable manner
- Comfortable communicating with members of the public in sensitive situations
- Confident using IT systems and electronic booking systems
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Able to work flexibly within the stated hours
