Working for our established client who value equality and inclusivity, you will work out of a modern and vibrant office based in the heart of Bristol. You will provide outstanding customer service during a busy peak period to a clientele which will have all manner of enquiries. If you’re a natural multitasker and someone who will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction then read on.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to customers via live webchat
- Answering multiple inbound calls, fielding a variety of enquiries
- Updating customer records and systems accurately
- Collaborating with different departments across the business
- Managing multiple computer systems and screens
- Handling a wide range of queries - from invoices and accommodation to welfare and facility-related calls
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality or retail role
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- An empathetic ear and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate systems confidently
- Call centre experience is a bonus, but not essential
