We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver with a valid and in-date B3 category licence. This is an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity to become part of the team with a major equipment hire company, known widely across the UK, offering an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a counterbalance forklift truck (B3 category).
- Loading and unloading.
- Moving and allocating heavy stock around the site.
- Organising stock and maintaining safe storage areas.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- A valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift B3 licence (essential).
- Minimum 1 year counterbalance forklift experience (essential).
- Applicants must be confident and capable operating the forklift truck.
- Proven ability to handle and manoeuvre heavy stock.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment.
