Sheridan Maine is seeking a strategic and results-driven Corporate Tax Director to join a prestigious financial services firm based in Central London. This is a high-profile opportunity for a senior tax professional to lead client advisory on complex corporate tax matters and play a pivotal role in driving the firm's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a portfolio of large corporate and multinational clients, providing strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
- Advise clients on complex UK and international tax issues, M&A activity, and structuring.
- Collaborate with Partners to deliver exceptional client service and identify business development opportunities.
- Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, driving technical excellence and professional growth.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with UK tax legislation and monitor emerging tax policy developments.
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Significant post-qualified experience in corporate tax, ideally in a Big 4, Top 10, or mid-tier firm.
- Proven experience managing complex client relationships and delivering innovative tax solutions.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
