The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients, working on refurbishments that require quick turnarounds for new store openings.
This role is quite technical, and experience in heavy duty Retail projects on a large format scale is required. The company delivers Retail Design projects across the UK and Ireland in the Retail Sector for European brands. Knowledge of conversational Spanish is a plus, while you must have experience working on construction projects in the Retail sector.
For this role, you must have occupational Health and Safety training in line with CSCS, while some proficiency in AutoCAD is required to read and amend plans; BIM knowledge is a bonus.
You will be tasked with managing budgets, coordinating with Technical departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time with client satisfaction as the utmost priority.
This role is FULLY REMOTE, allowing you to be based anywhere in the UK, with travel and accommodation covered when working on-site on large continuous projects.
