COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO Β£50-60,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career in Commercial Property law. The successful candidate will handle a variety of Commercial Property matters, advising a diverse portfolio of clients and developers while delivering outstanding client service.

  1. The firm welcomes applications from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
  2. The role involves managing your own transactions while assisting the team with a property development caseload. You will be acting for a broad range of clients, including developers, occupiers, high-net-worth individuals, retailers, lenders, and borrowers.
  3. You will handle a variety of matters including contracts subject to planning, sales and purchases, overage and option agreements, commercial lending, lease grants and assignments, and asset transactions.
  4. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and expanding their growing commercial client offering.
