CNC Lathe Operative – Immediate Start Available
Monday to Friday with offer of Overtime
We at Pertemps Wolverhampton are currently seeking an experienced CNC lathe operative to join our client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment; experience with Automotive and Aerospace would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 2 Axis lathe machines (experience with milling machines is a plus)
- Operate Bar Fed lathes
- Perform product inspection using gauges and measurements
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Load and unload parts
- De-burr components to a high standard
- Carry out basic machine checks and maintenance
- Operate multiple machines when required

- Proven experience
- Background in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of gauges and measurements
