We are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Shunter Drivers to work for our client at East Midlands Gateway. As a Shunter driver you will ensure yard movements are done correctly and support the smooth running of the operation.

Shift Patterns / Working Hours:
+ Monday to Friday
+ 3 shift rotation – 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm / 10pm to 6am

The successful Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will:
+ Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months
+ Have a valid tacho and DQC card
+ Previous experience preferred but training provided
+ Have a positive can do attitude

Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will include:
+ Moving trailers or units around the yard+ Ensure safety of other in the yard

You will receive:
+ Days – £16.38 per hour
+ Days OT – £24.57 per hour
+ Nights – £18.75 per hour
+ Nights OT – £28.12 per hour
