- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising core litigation documents.
- Instructing and working closely with medical and non-medical experts.
- Preparing trial-ready bundles and attending CMCs, PTRs, and interlocutory hearings.
- Driving cases towards resolution through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
