An exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join a top-ranked national team with high-profile work and excellent prospects. As the appointed Construction Solicitor, you will be working on complex and high-value transactions across the private and public sectors. You will advise clients including central government bodies, life sciences developers, major investors and renowned education institutions. You will deal with a broad mix of work, including drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC and bespoke forms, and advising on collateral warranties, bonds and consultant appointments.
You will be an experienced Construction Solicitor with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally with a background in non-contentious work gained at a recognised regional, national or City firm. You’ll bring excellent drafting, negotiation and technical skills, strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
