About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs? This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful aftersales team that prides itself on first-time fixes and outstanding customer satisfaction. As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll receive full manufacturer training along with ongoing support to help you progress your technical career. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped workshop using the latest tools and technology. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are keen to develop their skills and contribute to continued success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles to the highest standards
- Diagnosing and resolving faults, including non-routine defects, both in the workshop and during road tests
- Continuously developing technical knowledge and keeping up to date with brand standards
- Using workshop facilities and processes efficiently to maximise productivity
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Supporting the achievement of industry-leading workshop performance standards
- Participating in regular training to enhance skills and technical expertise
What We’re Looking For
- Full manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Previous experience in a main dealer workshop is desirable but not essential
