Are you ambitious, motivated, and ready to start a rewarding career in recruitment? Pertemps Bristol is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Engineering) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while helping connect skilled engineering professionals with leading employers across the region.
Location: Central Bristol (with parking available)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00 | Friday 07:30–16:30
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) + uncapped commission + quarterly bonus
Contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Learn how to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source, screen, and place skilled engineering professionals into permanent and temporary roles.
- Support the recruitment process while providing excellent service and advice.
- Develop skills in negotiation, business development, and client management.
- Work towards meeting individual and team targets with guidance and support from your managers.

- Proactive and target-driven, with a positive attitude.
- Able to manage relationships and work well in a team.

- Holder of a valid UK driving licence.
