A leading national law firm with offices based in Bristol are looking to appoint a Planning Solicitor into their team.

  • Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE looking for a new challenge.
  • You will ideally have experience within either a leading national or regional law firm and will be looking for a change in direction to join a firm who are committed to the development of your career.
  • You will advise on high-value, complex planning and infrastructure matters across a diverse portfolio of clients, from large-scale urban developments to transformative infrastructure projects.
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of planning law, including section 106 agreements, planning appeals, environmental issues, draft, negotiate, and advise on complex planning agreements and statutory instruments.
  • You will be keen to business develop and market in the local area.
