Based in Warmley, you will join the PDI Team preparing fuel tanks for the hire fleet, contributing to the smooth operation of the company’s power equipment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain fuel tanks for the hire fleet.
- Carry out repairs on generators that have broken down on customer sites, as required.
- Provide general yard support, including servicing generators and tower lights if needed.
- Operate forklifts in the yard, including loading and offloading equipment.
- Re-book equipment into stock following returns from third-party transport.
- Deliver and collect generators and ancillary equipment using company vehicles, including refuelling.
- Comply with Health & Safety policies and maintain tidy work areas, including company vehicles.
- Follow ISO 9001 procedures, contributing proactively to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the on-call rota when required.
