The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Electroplating Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical expertise in metal plating and a proactive approach to quality and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have proven experience plating Nickel, Chrome, and Copper, ideally within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and adjust chemical plating solutions
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain and troubleshoot plating equipment
- Process components through various chemical and electroplating stages
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards
- Adhere strictly to environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
Essential Requirements
- A strong alignment with company values, including integrity, accountability, and excellence
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in electroplating metals (including brass)
- A positive, can-do attitude with a mindset for continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good verbal and written English communication skills

- Experience working with brass hardware or luxury components
- Basic computer and IT skills
