THE ROLE:

  • We are looking for a driven and personable solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in a broad range of corporate matters.
  • You’ll be comfortable handling complex transactions with confidence and clarity, and you'll play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues and developing talent within the team.
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload including M&A, private equity, reorganisations, and shareholder agreements.
  • Providing commercially sound legal advice with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for business development and cross-selling across the firm.
  • Supporting and developing junior solicitors and trainees within the corporate team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in corporate law with demonstrable technical expertise.
  • Proven experience working across a broad range of corporate transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills – a natural leader with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Confidence in managing both colleague and client relationships.
