THE ROLE:
- We are looking for a driven and personable solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in a broad range of corporate matters.
- You’ll be comfortable handling complex transactions with confidence and clarity, and you'll play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues and developing talent within the team.
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload including M&A, private equity, reorganisations, and shareholder agreements.
- Providing commercially sound legal advice with a solutions-focused approach.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for business development and cross-selling across the firm.
- Supporting and developing junior solicitors and trainees within the corporate team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 5 years PQE in corporate law with demonstrable technical expertise.
- Proven experience working across a broad range of corporate transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills – a natural leader with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Confidence in managing both colleague and client relationships.
