Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Updating and maintaining customer records on internal systems/CRM
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and sales documentation
- Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics and accounts
