Opportunity for an Architectural Technologist from mid to Senior level to join an Architectural consultancy in the centre of Birmingham.
Working across a variety of project sectors to include education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and commercial, heritage and residential. The practice have a large amount of healthcare work and specialists in this area, therefore experience in healthcare would be desirable however not essential. The team are expandind so looking for a few Technologists with a variety of sector experience.
You will join a medium size team of 30 working across a variety of projects leading and managing the projects through all RIBA stages.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion
- Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
- Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
- Managing planning applications, and building regulations
- Solving any issues that may arise
- Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
- Assist on planning applications and appeals
- Visit site for inspections
- Assist in business development
- Develop detailed Revit modes and drawing packages
Requirements
- Relevant qualification within Architecture
- Strong design and technical skills
- Revit is essential
- UK Based experience with a minimum of 5 years in practice experience
