We are recruiting for experienced Care Assessors in the Blackpool area – you will need experience in a similar Local Authority role.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with adults to understand their needs and help identify solutions that promote independence and prevent future care requirements. You will use a strengths-based approach, working closely with community and voluntary groups, reablement services, and commissioned providers to support individuals effectively. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as you will be liaising with service users, families, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
