Office Administrator — Keynsham, Free Parking. Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm or 8am – 4:30pm flex hours. £26,000 – £28,000 DOE.
We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to support the Branch Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, friendly business that values its people and provides clear opportunities for growth.
Main Duties
- Provide administration support to the team
- Schedule appointments
- Produce reports
- Handle calls, emails, bookings, and general office tasks
- Work independently and as part of a team
Experience & Skills
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year administration experience
- Strong IT skills, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
Desired:
- Experience in the construction industry
- Familiarity with The Electronic Management System (TEAMS) software
- NVQ in Business Administration
