We are looking for a well organised Admin Assistant to join our client\βs Plant Protection team. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and working with a supportive team.
What you\βll be doing:
- Helping keep records and files organised
- Making sure documents are accurate and up to date
- Sharing safety info with clients and answering their questions
- Handling calls and customer enquiries
- Supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Keeping in touch with the on-site teams to help things run safely and smoothly
