Warehouse Operative / E-com

We are recruiting warehouse operatives for our client in Park Farm, Wellingborough, for temporary roles starting with Monday, 14th July, 2025. ?? Pay Rate: £12.98/h?? Working Hours: 06:00-14:00 OR 14:00-22:00 The candidates must be available for 2 paid training days held on a 13:00-21:00/14:00-22:00 shift, then move on to the preferred shift. These vacancies will start in July 2025, initially temporary, but may turn into longer term opportunities for the right candidates.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock control and inventory management, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet our quality standards before shipping.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient work flow.
