FLT Drivers Temp to Perm Opportunities
Locations: Northamptonshire (Junction 16, M1 & Grange Park)
Pertemps are recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join our expanding operations across two Northamptonshire sites, including a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse near Junction 16 of the M1 and additional night-shift roles at Grange Park. These positions offer long-term, temp-to-perm opportunities within modern, well-equipped logistics environments.
Requirements
- Valid accredited FLT Counterbalance essential, Reach licence advantageous.
- Experience with an A4 ride-on pallet stacker preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to support occasional weekend work.
- Conversion training provided.
Shifts & Pay
- Junction 16 (Day Shifts) - Temp to Perm
- 06:00-14:00 £13.02 p/h
- 14:00-22:00 £13.42 p/h
- Overtime after 40 hours: £19.53 p/h
- Sunday-Thursday, 22:00-06:00 £13.92 p/h
- Overtime after 40 hours: £19.53 p/h

- Use of an A4 ride-on pallet stacker (training available).
- General warehouse operative duties, including manual handling.
- Supporting wider warehouse operations as required.
