Pertemps are currently seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Operatives to join a thriving, fast-paced logistics operation based in Burnaston, Derby (DE19).
This is an excellent long-term opportunity for skilled FLT Counterbalance drivers looking to build a stable career within a successful and well-established logistics company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks within a busy logistics environment
- Loading and tipping trailers safely and efficiently
- Working outdoors as required
Requirements
- Valid, in-date accredited FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB, ITSARR or AITT)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse setting
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Access to your own transport due to site location
- Flexibility to work additional overtime during busy periods (up to 2 extra hours per day, confirmed during shift)
Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday, rotating weekly)
- Mornings: 05:30 14:30
- Lates: 15:00 00:00
Pay Rates
- MondayFriday: Β£15.33 per hour
- Overtime (Daily after 9 hours & Saturdays): Β£21.84 per hour
