FLT Operative

Pertemps is recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Operatives

This is an exciting long-term opportunity to work in a successful logistics company based in Burnaston, Derby (DE19).

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating in a fast-paced logistics environment is essential.
• Work involves loading and tipping trailers using an FLT counterbalance; this is a 100% FLT role.
• All applicants must have a valid, in-date accredited FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Prepared to work outdoors.

Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Friday, weekly rotating shifts:
• Mornings: 05:30 – 14:30
• Lates: 15:00 – 00:00

Compensation:

This role offers an attractive hourly rate with overtime hours readily available. During busy periods, additional 2 hours of overtime daily may be required, with shift timings confirmed during work.

• Pay Rates:
• Monday-Friday: £14.98/hour
• Overtime (after 45 hours and on Saturdays): £22.47/hour

Additional Information:

• Applicants must have access to their own transport due to the location.
• A mandatory drug and alcohol test will be conducted prior to start.
• Temp to perm opportunities are available for suitable candidates.
