About the Role
As Dispatch Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth and timely coordination of goods leaving the warehouse. You will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, ensuring customer delivery expectations are met, and maintaining high standards of service and accuracy across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day dispatch operations
- Plan, organise, and monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery
- Lead and motivate a team of dispatch staff to meet performance targets
- Communicate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to coordinate shipments
- Maintain accurate dispatch documentation and reports
- Ensure all health & safety, quality, and operational policies are adhered to
