Position: Packing Operative
Shift: 2:15pm - 10.15pm Monday to Friday (Static afternoon shift)
Location: Banbury
Hourly Pay Rates: £13.43 increasing to £14.17 after 12 weeks

We are currently recruiting for seasonal Packing Operatives to work at the Banbury site – Work through till November 2025!
Responsibilities:
- To sort and pack products in an extremely fast-paced warehouse environment
- Work with your team to achieve daily targets set
- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
Requirements:
- Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions carefully
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
