What you will be doing
- Managing Customer Logistical Order fulfilment process
- Creation of internal and external customer pick lists for the warehouse
- Consulting daily with warehouse, management team, supply chain and other departments where necessary
- Arranging internal and external Customers’ shipments with Logistics Service Providers, monitor and manage to ensure internal and external SLA is achieved
- Management of all Vendor related Operational invoices
- Create, process, and lock Operational and Transport invoices daily, weekly, and monthly as required
- Respond to general enquiries from management, employees, and clients inside and outside of the company within a set SLA
- Maintain focus on job relevant KPIs and ensures that they are met consistently
- Prepare reports and provide record-keeping, using specialised software when necessary
- Prepare and manage internal and external correspondence
- Ensure that all delivery paperwork is filed and stored correctly
- Provide administrative support to all areas within the office
