Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for an experienced Transport Administrator to join their busy team.
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour
Start: Immediate start for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of company vehicles
- Liaising with maintenance providers to ensure MOT, tax and servicing compliance
- Processing invoices, raising order numbers and updating fleet records
- Handling incoming calls and fleet-related queries
- Monitoring fuel cards, hire vehicles, congestion charges and penalties
- Carrying out driver licence checks and maintaining compliance records
- Supporting management with reporting on KPI data
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous administration experience (fleet or transport environment desirable)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments
- A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
