Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wolverhampton. We are seeking an experienced administrator/scheduling assistant – to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis. As a technical administrator/scheduling assistant, you will be required to: Handle incoming customer enquires by phone and emails. Efficiently coordinate engineers – booking future jobs, paying close attention to the most efficient routes. Providing quotations to customers. Identify key information through the initial investigation process with customers. Update and maintain in house CRM system. Regular use of Microsoft packages. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
