The Job
- Preparing and coating metal components using powder coating techniques
- Operating spray guns, ovens, and finishing equipment
- Carrying out masking, pre-treatment and quality checks
- Working from job specifications to ensure a high-quality finish
- Maintaining equipment and keeping a clean, safe work area
What We\’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Powder Coater, Paint Sprayer, or Industrial Painter in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of powder coating application and curing processes
- Ability to follow job sheets and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
