We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth by identifying, nurturing and converting new opportunities. This is an exciting role for someone who loves the challenge of developing a strong pipeline, influencing decision-makers, and showcasing real business value.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify, nurture and manage potential leads across multiple channels.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and intelligence to map high-value prospects, emerging sectors and untapped opportunities.
- Develop and execute a commercial Business Development Plan.
- Build, maintain and grow a healthy, forward-looking pipeline within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design targeted campaigns, outreach strategies and lead-generation initiatives.
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers aligned to prospect needs.
- Generate leads through a mix of outbound calling, digital outreach, networking, referrals and event attendance.
- Deliver persuasive discovery meetings and consultations with senior business leaders.
- Represent the organisation at events, forums, exhibitions and networking opportunities to attract new leads.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual KPIs.
- Progress opportunities through the full sales funnel, managing momentum, handling objections and securing conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM data including interactions, forecasts, conversion rates and revenue projections.

- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management.
- A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Confident presenting to and consulting with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, target-driven and motivated by achieving outstanding results.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to articulate value.
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
You will be working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
