Are you an energetic, detail-driven events or marketing professional who thrives on bringing ideas to life? We’re looking for a creative Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help deliver an exciting calendar of events that inspire, engage and connect businesses across our region.
Working closely with our Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing high-quality events that align with our marketing strategy and business goals. From intimate networking sessions to large-scale conferences, you’ll ensure every detail is handled with precision and creativity.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Developing and delivering events that increase attendance, engagement and revenue.
- Receiving and responding to event briefs with thoughtful, well-costed proposals.
- Managing an inspiring events calendar alongside the marketing and membership teams.
- Booking and liaising with venues, caterers, speakers and panellists.
- Handling all pre- and post-event communications — from invitations to feedback forms.
- Creating engaging, on-brand presentations for events.
- Tracking results and producing analytics.
- Providing efficient administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of all events.
- Bringing fresh ideas and staying on top of event trends to enhance our offering.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years marketing or events management experience.
- Has excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and creative flair.
- Has experience delivering a variety of business-to-business events.
- Communicates confidently — both in writing and verbally.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment and can juggle multiple projects.
- Is proactive, solution-focused and committed to delivering outstanding experiences.
This is a full time and permanent position working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
