As their Customer Service Administrator, you won’t just be answering calls—you’ll be the friendly voice and driving force behind smooth operations and strong customer relationships. What you’ll be doing: Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails—you\’re the go-to person for all customer needs. Help customers with their order queries and guide them through the process. Process orders and returns quickly and accurately. Handle complaints professionally and with a can-do attitude. Maintain fast, friendly, and effective communication, always aiming for exceptional service. Spot opportunities to upsell additional products—your input could boost business! What we’re looking for: Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and knows how to listen. A confident communicator who can build rapport and solve problems with ease. Solid experience in customer service or admin is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
