We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Wolverhampton looking to add a skilled Electrical Panel Wirer and Installer to their team. This is a hands-on role combining panel assembly and on-site installation across various industries. About the Role:As an Electrical Panel Wirer & Installer, you\’ll be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and installing electrical control panels both in-house and at customer sites across the UK. You’ll work with schematic diagrams and layout drawings to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings Assemble and wire electrical control panels, switchboards, and enclosures Mount components including relays, circuit breakers, terminals, and PLCs Label wires and components accurately for clarity and compliance Test panels for continuity, functionality, and safety Install control panels onto machinery at customer sites across the UK Collaborate with customers to meet technical specifications and panel layouts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Ensure all work meets relevant safety and industry standards Industries You’ll Work In: Food & Drink Automotive Water Treatment Rolling Mills Glass Manufacturing Requirements: Proven experience in electrical wiring and control panel assembly Strong ability to read and work from electrical schematics and layout drawings Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety practices Send your CV to Pertemps Wolverhampton
