Customer Service Contact Centre Advisor (30 Hours per Week) Location: Wolverhampton Hours: 30 hours per week ( well include some weekends ) Are you a people person with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Join our fast-paced logistics team and become a vital part of our customer service contact centre! About the Role:As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving queries related to deliveries, orders, and logistics services. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to ensure every customer experience is smooth and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat Provide accurate information on delivery status, product queries, and service issues Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary Log and update customer records in our internal system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively About You: Previous experience in a customer service role (contact centre experience desirable) Basic IT skills (able to navigate email, CRM systems, and online tools) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A calm, patient, and friendly manner under pressure Willingness to work weekends as part of a rotating shift pattern What We Offer: Supportive team environment Full training provided Opportunities for career development Employee benefits and incentives
